DIRECT BILLING - Thrive is able to facilitate direct billing for your sessions directly to over 30 different insurance companies in Canada! Please give us a call or text to inquire about your specific insurance plan with your desired therapist.
FOUR SESSION STARTUP PROCESS helps our therapists to more deeply understand your unique concerns and help you reach your goals faster. After those initial four sessions, our therapists help create a personalized plan for your teen and/or family that is specific to your needs.
PAYMENT PROCESS: All session payments are processed the morning of your appointment with a credit card kept on file. If your credit card payment declines, you will be notified and asked to arrange for successful payment via e-transfer or a new card. If we are unable to reach you for payment, your session will be cancelled. We are happy to reschedule your session once payment has been received.
CONSENT FOR MINORS - For all minor clients, Alberta legislation requires consent from both parents unless there is a court order or parenting order in place. Please book an initial teen or child appointment online and email consent documentation to hello@thriveteens.ca. Please give us a call for any questions.
