FOUR SESSION STARTUP PROCESS helps our therapists to more deeply understand your unique concerns and help you reach your goals faster. After those initial four sessions, our therapists help create a personalized plan for your teen and/or family that is specific to your needs.
SETTING UP A JANE FAMILY ACCOUNT - FOR PARENTS OF TEENS

Set up a Thrive Jane account using your parent name

Log in to Thrive’s online booking site and go to your My Account page.

Click on the Family Members tab in the left sidebar menu.

Click Add Family Member to enter your teen or child’s information.

Set up or edit the shared permissions (such as booking, viewing appointments, or paying) for each linked profile.

Repeat the process if you need to add more family members
DIRECT BILLING - Thrive is able to facilitate direct billing for your sessions directly to over 30 different insurance companies in Canada! Please give us a call or text to inquire about your specific insurance plan with your desired therapist.
PAYMENT PROCESS: All session payments are processed with a credit card on file or through insurance direct billing.
CONSENT FOR MINORS - Alberta legislation requires consent from both parents or minors, unless there is a court order or parenting order in place.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: 48 hours notice required
